This 180-acre park is just a short drive from Uptown. Walking trails, a children’s discovery garden, the Klopfenstein Amphitheater, eight baseball and softball diamonds, an all-inclusive playground, and an enormous oak leaf sculpture make Lowe Park a one-of-a-kind place. Winter’s more magical when you’re gliding around a skating rink. Located in the Central Plaza of City Square Park, the Ice Loop is a free outdoor ice skating path with heaters, a warming station, and concessions.
